HIGHTLIGHTING SF BAY AREA ACTIVISTS @ GOOGLE
In a collaboration with Precita Eyes and Google, Ewing was commissioned to create permanent art installations on select floors of the Google offices in San Francisco highlighting Bay Area activists. Ewing chose local SF Bay Area activists Richard Oaks (American Indian Movement) Bobby Seale (Black Panther Party) and Mary "Mother" Wright (Food Activist). This project folded into the Fact&Fiction series, by also incorporating text from fiction-based literature to highlight their lives.
